Terms of Service:

My institute is organized according to the ordering system. Your appointment will be assigned exclusively to you. If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours before the agreed time. Since it is no longer possible for us to reassign the appointment at short notice and costs arise due to unused capacities, we ask for your understanding that we will still give you 70% of the price for reservations for reservations that are canceled within 24 hours have to calculate the booked treatment. If you let your reservation lapse without cancellation, we will charge you the full price of the booked package.

Unfortunately, in the event of delays, it is not possible for us to extend the treatment you have booked beyond the agreed date.

A deposit can be requested when booking extensive treatments.
