KOSMETIK international honored the most successful cosmetics institute in Germany at COSMETICA Stuttgart 2011.
Since this is the "Oscar" in the cosmetics industry, nothing was left to chance. Renowned management consultants known in specialist circles were specially hired to review and evaluate the documents received. For the institutes that made it onto the shortlist, the decision of an anonymous test customer was pending. The company "International Service-Check" from Munich sent these test customers to the shortlisted institutes across Germany.
Against the competition of important institutes from Stuttgart to Hamburg, Annett Gröger Kosmetik-Beauty-Wellness -München was selected as the COSMETICS INSTITUTE OF THE YEAR 2011 with the best individual concept after evaluating all the data and facts.
Excerpt from the laudation:
If we visit a cosmetic institute, then we want to be the center of attention with our personal wishes. It is about the individual well-being and the respective needs of the skin, to which you as a beautician have to adjust again and again. This requires a high level of technical and specialist knowledge, communication skills and enjoyment of advice and customer care. Annett Gröger from Cosmetic Beauty and Wellness at the Munich perfumery Brückner has a lot of such know-how. Trained for two years during the GDR era, she completed internships in a dermatological clinic and in an outpatient dermatological practice, among other things. This was followed by her own studio in Dresden, activities in well-known perfumeries, in which the nominee also devoted herself to advice and sales, and countless further training courses: for example manual lymphatic drainage, make-up, color and style advice, method or device training. In her cabin, the self-employed person now deals with all the depots that are run in the perfumery: depending on what the skin texture requires, which preparation is used to tackle the skin problem or what the customer wants based on his care philosophy. Her hobby horses are cosmeceuticals. Annett Gröger supports the treatment goals in a well-versed manner with cosmetic equipment: such as ultrasound, microdermabrasion or cold laser light. Your extensive feedback on the condition of your skin is special. Every customer receives a before and after image of the skin's appearance and an updated care plan including a recommendation for the next cabin treatment - a good instrument for documenting success. Our test customer experienced that this beautician asks politely at the right places, explains competently if necessary and reacts appropriately. After the application, the specially compiled pencil case with samples and the extra tips for at home were also well received. The conclusion: “I felt very comfortable here and was received in a very friendly manner. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the treatment was first class. ”Visible results and really experiencing yourself as a customer at the center of the service - and not as a routine object - that only works with individual treatment. In addition to professional skills, this requires the beautician to take a very careful look at a regular customer, listen carefully and ask cleverly. Only in this way can she perceive what the customer needs today and select the appropriate treatment menu. Sounds obvious, but it's not.
